PAYMENT POLICY
Please read the following payment requirements before placing your order.
1. Accepted Payment Method
We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) only. No other payment methods are available at checkout.
2. Payment Clearance
• Your order will only be processed once the full payment reflects in our bank account. Processing takes 1–2 working days.
• Proof of payment alone does not confirm that funds have cleared and will not qualify an order for dispatch.
• Payments from banks other than FNB may take 24–48 hours to reflect if an immediate payment option is not selected. Bank processing times may vary.
3. Payment Reference
Please use your order number only as your payment reference. This helps us match your payment to your order promptly.
• Order numbers begin with: 00___
• Each new order has a new order number - update your reference each time.
An incorrect or missing reference may delay payment allocation, order processing and dispatch.
4. Proof of Payment

Include your order number when sending proof of payment. Your order will still need to await payment clearance before it can be processed.
5. Order Processing and Dispatch
• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days after full payment has cleared.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
• Processing may take longer during peak periods or around public holidays.
The dispatch timeframe refers to the time needed to prepare and hand your parcel to the courier. It does not include courier delivery time.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Please check your order details carefully before making payment.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change its contents or delivery details through our order-processing system.
